wholesale/Trade SALES TERMS, CONDITIONS, AND POLICIes
Tina Chen Designs collection is sold in retail stores throughout the United States. If you are interested in carrying the line, please fill out the Wholesale and Trade application. Your request will be answered within 5 business days.
Wholesale Pricing:
Prices are listed by style name and are subject to change without notice. Retailers and Interior Designers with a retail or eCommerce store stocking the product will be approved for wholesale pricing.
Trade Pricing:
Interior Designers, Caterers, and Event Planners who do not have a retail store may request a Trade Account and may be approved for Non-Stocking or Trade pricing, which is 40% off retail.
Minimum Order Requirement:
The initial order for Wholesale and Trade: $600
Re-orders: Minimum of $200, or a $20 minimum order fee will be charged.
Minimum Per Style Requirements:
There is a 12-piece per style/per color minimum in all categories. For quantities under 12 per style/color, there is a surcharge of $3 per piece.
New Accounts:
For initial orders, we require a 50% deposit at the time of order. The balance must be paid in full prior to shipping. We accept payment via company checks mailed to the following address: 307 W 38th Street, Suite 1412, New York, NY 10018
Special Orders:
A 50% deposit is required for all special orders and custom designs. These orders are final sale and no revision, cancellation, and/or credits will be made. For custom designs, samples may be ordered once a deposit has been received and are subject to a sample fee.
Rush Orders:
All rush orders will be determined on a case-by-case basis and there will be a 25% rush fee.
Delivery/Backorders:
All items are made to order and delivery will take approximately 4-10 weeks. For any items not currently in stock, delivery can be up to 12 to 14 weeks from the confirmed order date. We will make every effort to ship orders complete and within the delivery dates requested, but occasionally an item may be back-ordered. If you have any instructions regarding backorders, please indicate them when the order is placed, otherwise, backorders will be shipped when the product becomes available.
Drop Shipping:
We offer a drop-ship service to ship directly to retail customers for a fee of $20 per order.
Shipping:
All shipments will be via UPS GROUND from New York City unless otherwise indicated. Freight charges will be calculated at the time of shipment and billed to the invoice as shipping & handling.
Cancellation Policy:
If you would like to change or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of the order date. Please note, that if your order has already been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
Damages/ Returns:
All items are made-to-order and final sale. In the event, any product received is damaged/defective, the customer shall notify our office via email at sales@tinachendesigns.com within 7 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without a written Return Authorization.
